Happy 240th Anniversery Woodrow United Methodist Church !!!
2011 marks the 240 anniversery that Woodrow UMC has been serving the Staten Island Community. We are trying to plan many special events all year to help Woodrow Celebrate. Please take the time to donate to the celebration. You can join in as a Patron ($240) or a Booster ($24), to help fund our celebration. We will having dinners, cafe events, fundraising through the months. On November 12th, Saturday we will have a special service at the church to mark our anniversary. Hopefully you can attend and help us make a faith circle around our church.

With the help of 50 contributors, Lori Lambertson has put together a cookbook for Woodrow UMC. The cookbook is called "Heavenly Creations" and contains 240 recipes in honor of our 240th anniversary. This cookbook will not disappoint, we have many main dishes, sides and about 45 desserts and that doesn't include the 20 cookie recipes! The cookbook is hardcover, has a picture of the church on front, includes a small history and lists all contributors with the recipes. The price will be $15.00 each, $4 shipping and handling if needed. Please email Lori Lambertson at woodrowumc@aol.com to order a copy today! You will want to share this with your family and friends.
